How To Be Always Happy And Positive

Happiness affects our thoughts and feelings and affects our reality. Hence, the more we choose to think about positive things, the more we attract good things into our life.

The key to being always happy is to connect to our ultimate Source, which is the source of all things.

Source energy is the creative force that underlies and sustains all of creation. It is the infinite, unbounded potential from which everything in the universe arises.

We are all connected to this powerful force, and it is always available to us. To tap into it, we simply need to align our thoughts and actions with our highest aspirations. When we do so, we open ourselves up to limitless possibilities.

The Source is within us, and we can access it by becoming “attuned” to it. When we are attuned to the Source, we are in alignment with our true nature, and everything else falls into place. We attract what we need, and we are able to create our own reality. We are also able to feel the joy that comes from being connected to the Source.

Meditation For Happiness

The best way to become attuned to the Source is through meditation. Meditation allows us to quiet our minds so that we can hear the voice of the Source more clearly. It also helps us to focus on what is important, so that we can let go of anything that is holding us back.

When we meditate, we open ourselves up to receive guidance from the Source. We also become more loving and accepting of ourselves and others. When we are in alignment with the Source, we are always happy.

Focus on the positive. Make a list of things that make you happy and focus on those things.
Be grateful. Count your blessings and appreciate what you have.
Live in the present moment. Don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future; instead, savor the present moment and make the most of it.

Find your passion. Doing something that you’re passionate about will bring you joy and fulfillment.
