2. Products & Usage
- MOLOSOC moisture-locking foot covers are intended for external use only.
- They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Users with skin conditions, open wounds, or allergies should consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Results may vary depending on individual use and skin condition.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Prices are listed in EUR and CZK, and do not include shipping unless stated.
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved methods.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other valid business reasons.
4. Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer pre-order opportunities.
- Placing a pre-order does not require immediate payment unless stated.
- When the product becomes available, we will notify you to complete your payment.
- Pre-order bonuses (such as free packs) are valid only for orders placed during the pre-order period and fulfilled when the order is paid for and shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within the EU and internationally where possible.
- Standard shipping times vary by country (typically 3–10 business days within the EU).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and range from €7–€11 depending on zone.
- Delivery delays caused by postal or courier services are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene reasons, MOLOSOC products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@molosoc.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, product images, descriptions, and designs, are the property of MOLOSOC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Improper use of the product.
- Allergic reactions or irritation due to personal skin sensitivities.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use it.
